Country music superstar Jason Aldean‘s former estate located in Columbia, Tennessee sold for a cool $7 million in February 2019, which was just below its original asking price of $7.8 million. The 120-acre property called the “Grand Talley Moore Estate” features a 8,900-square-foot 6 bedroom/ 8.5 bathroom home with a wine cellar, bowling alley, and wet bar. The grounds also feature a pool, access to Flat Creek, and a 10,000-square-foot facility for horses.

According to Variety, the star and his wife Brittany bought the property for $5.35 million. The couple said ‘goodbye’ to their first home together shortly before the birth of their second child, daughter Navy Rome.

“Tonight we said goodbye to our home for the past three years. The home where we brought our first baby, where the dog that I loved more than words spent his last years, where I had my first baby shower, numerous parties just because and built a fish tank that housed so many of my ‘angels’ (as I call them). I know there’s so much that the future holds in other places, but to me, this house was so special… and always will be💙,” Brittany shared via Instagram.

In case you were wondering, the huge custom fish tank featured on the show “Tanked” was included in the sale of the mansion. Currently, the Aldean family is living in a temporary home while their dream home is being constructed on another piece of Tennessee property.
