Country music star Jake Owen and Erica Hartlein are expecting their first child together, a baby girl, in May! Prior to the baby’s arrival, the couple has decided to share the little one’s name— Paris.
Paris will soon join big sister 6-year-old Olive Pearl from Jake’s previous marriage to Lacey Buchanan. Pearl already has the big sister thing down, Lacey and second husband David Auston welcomed daughter, Elenora, into the world in February.
We look forward to meeting Paris! The country star’s latest album, Greetings From… Jake, dropped on March 29th. Owen recently disclosed that he has zero tour plans to to support his new record.
“I don’t have a tour put together this year,” the singer-songwriter shared during a recent media roundtable in Nashville. “I’m playing a lot of shows, but they’re going to be more festival dates. A lot of artists are going to tell you, we’re going to be out there just kickin’ this year, or whatever — not me. I’m not. I want to enjoy my life this year. I’m having a child. I’m putting out a record. I’m in a place in life where I feel really happy and blessed, and I want to keep it that way.”
