Miranda Lambert‘s new husband, Brendan McLoughlin, has made the star a very happy woman. The pair first met last November and secretly got married in January. In honor of her love’s birthday on October 14th, Miranda shared a very sweet message via Instagram.
“Happy Birthday to the man that puts stars in my eyes. 😍💥🌟❤️#foreverandeveramen,” the country music star wrote.
That sounds like a really good song inspiration! Miranda is clearly head over heels for her man and isn’t shy about praising him publicly.
While performing in Atlantic City, New Jersey in August, the singer-songwriter got candid before diving into “Tin Man.” Lambert told the audience that despite singing such a heartbreaking song, she’s not in a sad place anymore.
“Lucky for me, I’m not in a sad time anymore in my life, thank you to my sweet husband — from Staten Island, by the way!” the star shared.
Brendan was standing off to the side of the stage while Miranda sang his praises and the crowd cheered.
“So even though I’m not sad anymore thanks to Brendan my husband, I still love a sad country song with all my heart, so I’m going to sing a sad one if you want to get sad with me,” she continued.
