Powerhouse vocalist Kelly Clarkson and husband Brandon Blackstock are looking to unload their current Hendersonville, Tennessee mansion for $8.75 million. The private waterfront estate sits on over four acres and the 20,121-square-foot mansion features seven bedrooms, eight full baths, and three half-baths.
According to Trulia, the gorgeous estate, built in 2007, overlooks the Cumberland River and features a custom cowboy bar complete with saddle barstools, screening room, saltwater pool, private dock, sand volleyball court, and spas. Clarkson originally purchased the property for $2.8 million in 2013, so that’s quite a markup if they get the full asking price.
Kelly and her music manager husband are building a new home on a Nashville-area farm, which should give their kids River Rose and Remington Alexander plenty of room to explore. Brandon also has two children, Savannah and Seth, from his first marriage. Brandon’s father, Narvel Blackstock, was married to country music superstar Reba McEntire for 25 years. Their stunning divorce was finalized on October 28, 2015.
