Blake posted this message to Instagram, “blakeshelton Verified “Hey @gwenstefani thanks for saving my 2020… And the rest of my life.. I love you. I heard a YES!” Both social media posts shared the above image to celebrate the engagement.
Over the past five years, 44-year-old Blake Shelton and his lovely girlfriend, 51-year-old Gwen Stefani, have become one of the entertainment industry’s favorite power couples. The pair met as judges on the The Voice and began dating soon after their respective divorces from their former spouses in 2015. Stefani has acted as coach on The Voice seasons 7, 9, 12, and 17). The star has also been an advisor during seasons 8 and 10. She is back with Blake on season 19 which premiered on October 19, 2020. The Voice TV show enables the couple to spend quality time together without all of the on the road touring of the music business.
The couple spent most of the quarantine period at Blake’s two homes in Oklahoma. The pair returned back to Los Angeles and moved into the home they purchased in May of 2020 as the started filming Season 19 of The Voice TV show.
