Country music power couple Tim McGraw and Faith Hill took to social media to wish their youngest daughter, Audrey Caroline McGraw, a very happy sixteenth birthday this week!
“Happy sweet 16 to our baby girl!! U lit up our world 16 years ago Your mom, your sisters and I love you so much and are very proud of the sweet and kind young lady you’ve become. Have a fantastic day sweetie,” McGraw shared along with a snapshot of Audrey as a baby via Instagram.
“This angel of ours is 16 years old today. Again, it is hard to fathom how quickly the years pass. It is an absolute joy to be the mother of this child!!!! The most forgiving, honest, joyful human being. And those hugs. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Happy Birthday, Audrey!!!!!!!!! I love you, mom,” Hill lovingly shared with a few candid pictures of her youngest child.
Luckily for Audrey, her famous parents didn’t select horribly embarrassing photos to blast across the internet and share with their fans worldwide.
“Maggie, Gracie, Tim and I couldn’t be happier,” Hill shared in the official statement announcing Audrey’s birth on December 6, 2001 at 4:39 p.m. “To be blessed with a beautiful, healthy baby girl — what a way to kick off the holiday season for us.”
Like her parents, Audrey is also a gifted singer. Back in 2014, she performed an impressive rendition of “Travelin’ Soldier” during a pre-show set for her dad. We’ll have to see if she pursues a career in music after she graduates from high school.
We wish Audrey a very happy birthday week and hope she has a very special Sweet Sixteen celebration!
As for Tim and Faith’s hopes for their three daughters, their track “Speak To A Girl” holds special meaning.
“You want some affirmation. You want some understanding. You want some equality, all those things you want your daughters to take with them when they go out into the world and expect not only from…their partner in life, but from their business associates. You want them to set a high bar for what they expect from those people and how they expect to be treated,” McGraw shared with Rare Country.
