Country music superstar Shania Twain‘s hit “From This Moment On” has an interesting— an unexpected— backstory. According a past Today Show appearance, the tune was mostly written while Twain was fighting off boredom while watching a soccer match with then-husband Robert “Mutt” Lange in Italy. The song is featured on Twain’s 1997 album Come On Over and reached the Top 10 in Australia, Canada, United Kingdom, and United States.
