The RaeLynn Queens Don’t song was released in 2018. RaeLynn’s single, “Queens Don’t,” was written by Corey Crowder and J Hart. In the track, the 23-year-old sings about the expectations women should have throughout any relationship with a friend or lover.
“A ‘queen’ is any person who knows that they are royalty from the inside out regardless of where they came from. I wanted all my incredible friends and fans to remember that their self-worth shouldn’t be based on material things or other’s opinions, but rather the beauty and strength of your spirit. I hope this song inspires everyone who hears it, guy or girl, young or old, to be a queen and to never settle for people in your life that don’t see your true incredible worth,” RaeLynn shared.
“Working on a predominantly female-driven set for the video was a powerful energy, too. From my badass photographer and killer set designers and even video direction, there was a strong sense of inclusiveness and intention. I’ve been so inspired lately by the countless women and men who’ve had the courage to speak their truth and grow from what they’ve been through. Women supporting women, celebrating someone else’s achievements, people helping people through love while always being unique to who you are. That’s what it’s about. I hope this song inspires everyone who hears it across all walks of life to be a queen in their own way,” she added.

RaeLynn Queens Don’t Lyrics
I wasn’t raised in a castle
I grew up on the outskirts of town
No dresses with golden tassels
The rings on my hand are handed down
But I’m gonna find the one that needs me, see’s me
And treats me like I’m already royalty
There ain’t nothing priceless on my wrist
I might not fly private, but that don’t mean I ain’t a queen
Queens don’t hate, queens don’t fight
Queens don’t stay unless their king treats her right, oh
Every jewel on my crown, you better believe I earned it
Won’t keep people around that don’t believe I deserve it
No, queens ain’t fake
A queen’s gonna rule just the way she was made, oh
I ain’t ’bout to let nobody come and take me off his throne
Some girls might, but queen’s don’t
No, I don’t need the tallest tower
To prove to anyone I ain’t weak
I turn my pain into power
Every tear’s a diamond on my cheek
Queen’s don’t hate, queens don’t fight
Queens don’t stay unless their king treats her right, oh
Every jewel on my crown, you better believe I earned it
Won’t keep people around that don’t believe I deserve it
No, queen’s ain’t fake
A queen’s gonna rule just the way she was made, oh
I ain’t ’bout to let nobody come and take me off his throne
Some girls might, but queen’s don’t
Queens don’t break, they just get stronger
There ain’t nothing they can’t conquer
Queens don’t hate, queens don’t fight
Queens don’t stay unless their king treats her right, oh
Every jewel on my crown, you better believe I earned it
Won’t keep people around that don’t believe I deserve it
No, queen’s ain’t fake
A queen’s gonna rule just the way she was made, oh
I ain’t bout to let nobody come and take me off this throne
Some girls might, but queens don’t
