Country music star Eric Church‘s “Never Break Heart” helps give us some hope as we all face stress and hardships.
“The hardest thing about this for me as a dad, as a husband, as a business leader, as a citizen, has been the unknown. I believe we fear the unknown. And after some thought and a lot of prayer, here’s what I know — I have hope and you should have hope, because since the beginning of time, people have gathered. They’ve gathered for fellowship, they’ve gathered for worship, they’ve gathered for prayer, they’ve gathered for song, they’ve gathered for communion, they’ve gathered for grief- but they’ve gathered, and we will gather again. The important thing to remember is to not fear, but to be brave, and endure,” he shared.

“Never Break Heart” Lyrics
People say it’s a crime for bringing a life into the world these days
It’s cold it’s a load it’s a heavy stone that the heart can’t take
But hurt’s gonna keep on trying and pain’s gonna keep on crying
But way down deep there’s a beat gonna keep on fightin’
So go on and get born heart
And let your mama keep you warm heart
And get down in the dirt heart
Go and get hurt heart
Live and let learn heart
Don’t let fear steal your brave heart
Don’t let doubt take your faith heart
It’s ok to cry
But don’t never break heart
If love’s like drawing cards with a whiskey gypsy
She’s a glass half full take a pull and a glass half empty
Well I say lives are made for chances
And eyes are made for glances
When songs are played legs are made for dances
So go on and take her hand heart
Draw a line in the sand heart
Paint some color on a black heart
Don’t look back pull tight on the slack heart
Don’t let fear steal your brave heart
Don’t let doubt take your faith heart
It’s ok to cry
But don’t never break heart
And when your time comes heart
When it’s all said and done heart
The light starts to fade heart
End of the day but you still wanna stay heart
Go on and be brave heart
Go on and keep your faith heart
It’s ok to cry
But don’t never break heart
