Get a peek at frequent country collaborator and 'The Voice' coach Kelly Clarkson's 'UglyDolls' character, Moxy. She's very pink and full of personality!

As revealed previously, Kelly Clarkson is voicing the character “Moxy” for the upcoming UglyDolls movie set to be released on May 10, 2019.

“Moxy could not be more perfect for me. Because I’m not really that (princess) girl. I’m really this girl,” Clarkson shared with USA TODAY. “Moxy’s personality is like 100 percent me. It’s not acting. It’s weird, it’s like she was written for me.”

In the family-friendly film, Moxy leaves the happy atmosphere of Uglyville to explore the world with her buddies Ox (Blake Shelton), Wage (Wanda Sykes), Babo (Gabriel Iglesias), Lucky Bat (Wang Leehom), and the loyal Ugly Dog (Pitbull). The group eventually enters a place called Perfection where its residents are expected to behave a certain way and believe that’s the only way to earn a child’s love.

“It’s a giant metaphor on life,” the star expressed about the movie’s message. “We all come in different shapes, sizes and personalities, but with our own individuality.”
