Watch the 2016 recap video below to see what you missed or relive your experience. It’s easy to see why this is one of the top country music festivals in the great state of Michigan.
Camping is one of the most popular parts of the Faster Horses Festival. You do not have to purchase a camp site to visit the campgrounds and campsites are based on campsite not per person. Fit as many tents as you can on one campsite and throw a party. There is even a convenient store with items such as soft drinks, snacks, and ice as well as basic necessities. Campfires are allowed as long as a ring is brought to the site.
Campgrounds are open 24 hours starting Thursday at 9am and don’t close until the following Monday at noon. The music keeps going until about midnight all 3 days, so you never get the beat of the music out of your head.
It’s hot in the middle of a Michigan summer, so free water bottle refilling stations are located around the campground for extra convenience. Attendees can leave the campground and come back as much as they like with a wristband. Festival goers are free to roam around and return to the outdoor event at any time and kids 6 and under get free admission!
