2017 Country Music Festivals
Get ready to party y’all….
The 4th annual ACM Party for a Cause took place at the Last Vegas strip. This year is sure to be bigger and better. Headliners have not been announced but there is more to come. Proceeds benefit the ACM Lifting Lives Program.
The 2017 Bayou Country SuperFest lineup will be announced December 1st and has been moved to New Orleans, Louisiana. The dates have been set for May 26-28.
Big Horn Country USA
Sheridan, Wyoming will host Big Horn Country USA for the 3 day weekend of June 15-17. No artists have been announced for the 2017 lineup.
Kenny Chesney hits the stage in Myrtle Beach for the Carolina Country Music Festival June 9-11, 2017. Previously, Tim McGraw, Keith Urban and FGL headlined in 2016.
The country capital of the US, Nashville, Tennessee hosts the CMA Music Festival in June 2017. No artists have been announced yet but in previous years artists like Luke Bryan and Carrie Underwood have taken the stage. Up and down Broadway, there will be dozens of free concerts and booths. The CMA Music Festival is known to be one of the biggest festivals for artist participation.
Kid Rock is the only artist announced for the 2017 Country 500, also known as the Great American Music Fest at Daytona, but more will be announced soon. Three stages will be set up on the infield of the Daytona International Speedway and fans are able to camp right on the infield. The festival is schedules for May 26-28.
For almost 35 years, Country Concert has been hosted in Fort Loramie, Ohio. In 2017, Blake Shelton, FGL and Jake Owen will be headlining July 6-8. Country Concert is 3 days filling with camping and country music. Bring a cooler and some friends and have a good time.
Head up north the Cadott, Wisconsin for the 2017 Country Fest from June 22-25. Blake Shelton and Thomas Rhett are headlining. Country Fest is always bringing top country artists to the stage. There are over 7,000 campsites for country music fans to keep the party going over the 4 days.
Although Country Jam 2017 isn’t until June, so far 2 artists have put their names down for next years lineup. Blake Shelton and Thomas Rhett are scheduled for the 2017 lineup. Started over 30 years ago in Wisconsin, Country Fest in Cadott Wisconsin is the ultimate summer destination for the best outdoor Country Music Festival experience. Country Fest is the largest 4-Day Country Music & Camping Event in the US.
Head over to the west coast for California’s largest country music festival in Santa Rosa. June 16-18 country artists will take over the stage. No artists have been announced, but are expected to revealed soon.
Country Thunder is April 6 through the 9 for 2017. No artists are scheduled to appear yet but there’s not doubt, it’ll be better than 2016. Complete with a food court, Skybox and Beer Garden, the experience at Country Thunder cannot be compared with any other festival. Camping spots are available as well for all 4 days, so leaving the party isn’t a problem.
Another stop for Thomas Rhett, Billy Currington and Jason Aldean is in Twin Lakes, Wisconsin. Country Thunder Wisconsin has won the ACM Festival of the Year in the past and is sure to be a stop on your country music festival road trip. Every year, country fans come from around the country to hear top country artists take over the stage in Wisconsin. The 2017 dates have been set for July 20-23.
The dates have been set. August 3-5, Prairie de Chien, Wisconsin will be hosting Country on the River in 2017. This growing music festival has featured artists such as Lee Brice, Dierks Bentley and Jake Owen in years past. Kid Rock has even made an appearance in the 7th-annual festival.
Blake Shelton, Chris Young and Eric Paslay are only a few of the artists announced for the 2017 lineup. This 5 day festival is a staple in every country music festival road trip. The festival campground features VIP options as well for a full Wisconsin country music experience.
Taking place in May 2017 in Midland Texas, the 2016 lineup will be hard to top. The 3 day festival hosted artists Kevin Fowler, Jason Boland and Cody Johnson. Josh Abbott Band and Aaron Watson joined the 2016 lineup to make the festival bigger and better. One of the best country festivals in the west of Texas.
The dates have just been released. Mark your calendars for July 21, 22 and 23 for the 2017 Faster Horses Festival in Brooklyn, Michigan. The lineup has no been released but every performance is sure to be a hit.
Three Forks, Montana hosts the largest country music festival in Montana which features 2 stages with over a dozen country artists. No artists have been announced yet; last years top performers include Lee Brice, Tyler Farr and Joe Nichols.
The 40th Hodag Country Festival dates have been announced for 2017. July 13 through 16, country artists will be rocking the stage in the Rhinelander Wisconsin. With dates already set up for the next 4 years, there is a lot of planning that goes into the concert series every year.
Headlining for the 2017 Jam in The Valley will be Toby Keith and Old Dominion. The festival began as just a firework show for Independence Day but has grown to attract more than 10,000 fans each day. The festival is held in Varysburg, New York.
For over 30 years, Jamboree in the Hills has brought many country fans to the great state of Ohio. No headliners have been announced yet but this 4 day festival is one of the most popular festivals in America. Jamboree in the Hills has won the CMA for Festival/Fair/Event of the Year. This is one you won’t want to miss.
Manhattan, Kansas is hosting Chris Stapleton, Thomas Rhett and Alan Jackson from June 22-24 for the three day festival. Kicker Country Stampede is set in Tuttle Creek State Park and is one of the more popular country festivals in the country.
The music festival will take place in Las Cruces, New Mexico. No other information has been announced for the 2017 Las Cruces Country Music Festival.
Thomas Rhett and Old Dominion hit the stage in the 2017 Moondance Jammin Country Fest in Walker Minnesota. The dates are set for June 23-24. More artists are to be announced soon.
Adding another stop to his tour, Thomas Rhett is heading over to Yerington Nevada for the Night in the Country 2017 festival. Growing bigger every year since 2002, Night in the Country always features artists you won’t want to miss. Camping is an option for this 3 day festival to keep to party going the whole weekend. Dates are set for July 27-29.
Another Jamboree for country music, but one of the only ones hosted in Oregon. From August 4-6 enjoy country music from artists such as Jason Andean and Little Big Town. The Oregon terrain is perfect for setting up a camper or tent to keep the party going all through the night. There are plenty of extra activities as well throughout the grounds.
Panama City Beach, Florida hosts the 2017 Pepsi Gulf Coast Jam. No artists have been announced for this festival in 2017, but there is sure to be great artists, bringing fans back year after year. A storm cancelled last years show, but in 2015, Lady Antebellum, Miranda Lambert and Keith Urban were a few of the features artists.
Hosted in Panama City Beach, Florida from April 28-29, this 2 day country music festival already has 2 big performers lined up. Sheryl Crow and Darius Rucker have been announced for the 2017 lineup but many more are expected to be announced in weekend to come.
A startup country music festival filled with top-notch outlaw country. Free parking is available at this festival. You won’t want to miss the new up-and-coming artists.
Artists, including Kenny Chesney, loved this festival so much they are making the trip to Florida for year 5. April 7 through 9 country artists and fans will head to the white sands in Fort Lauderdale Beach Park. Tortuga Music Festival works with the Rock The Ocean Foundation to increase awareness for issues impacting the world’s oceans to support conservation research. Over $300,000 has been given back the the Conservation Village partners to help this cause.
Hosted in Indio, California on April 28-30. Since 2007 Stagecoach Music Festival has hosted top country artists. The 2017 lineup has not been announced yet but the campground will have a party every night.
Mark your calendars for May 3-6 for the Suwannee River Jam. One of the most diverse group of country artists around, the festival returns to Live Oak, Florida and is one of the most affordable country festivals around. Headliners are expected to be announced soon.
Called country’s Woodstock, the 2017 lineup is filling up, Jason Aldean and Sam Hunt are the first 2 announced for next year. This 3 day festival (June 9-11) is hosted in Hunter, New York.
Thomas Rhett, Alan Jackson, Jason Aldean and Bret Michaels are the headlining artists lined up for 2017. Big & Rich, Chris Young are also lined up for 2017. The festival will be hosted May 25-28 in Forest City, Iowa.
No headliners or dates have been announced for this festival yet, but in George, Washington that isn’t stopping people from making plans to head up to the northwest for this standout festival. In 2016, they were the first country festival to host back-to-back weekends. Camp out and never miss the party.
Just because there aren’t official dates yet doesn’t mean you can’t get excited for the Third Annual Windy City LakeShake. Last year, Sam Hunt, Thomas Rhett and Brooks & Dunn rocked the stage in Chicago.
Obviously hosted in the Windy City of Chicago, the 2016 Smokeout was filled with top country artists and great BBQ. No headliners have been announced for the 2017 festival but updates will be available soon.
Luke Bryan and Zac Brown Band are headlining in the 35th annual WE Fest August 3-5. the 2016 lineup included Eric Church, Kid Rock and Tim McGraw and you’ll be hard-pressed to find a more beautiful location for this festival.
