Chris Stapleton shows fans yet again why he deserves a good reputation. This time, actor Chris Pratt is the lucky recipient of Stapleton's latest kind deed!

Earlier this month, Chris Stapleton debuted his sophomore album, From A Room: Volume 1, and country music fans can not get enough! Of course releasing a popular album is a big deal, but his gesture toward an unlikely supporter is also making headlines. Actor Chris Pratt recently starred in Guardians of the Galaxy 2, a Marvel superhero movie. Although the movie star is often busy, Pratt always makes time to listen to country music.

On several occasions, Chris Pratt has discussed his admiration of Chris Stapleton’s music. However, the two celebrities have never met each other. So what did the country music star do? The 39-year-old personally sent Chris Pratt a tape of his album From A Room: Volume 1, along with a Walkman to listen to the album. This gift might sound rather meaningless, but it’s actually quite unique. In the Guardians of the Galaxy movies, Chris Pratt’s character enjoys using a Walkman to listen to a special mixtape made by his deceased mother.

Now that Chris Pratt received a special gift, what is Stapleton going to give his fans next? Later this year, Chris Stapleton is scheduled to release his second studio album of the year, From A Room: Volume 2. That is two records in less than one calendar year! At the moment, Stapleton is in the middle of his massive All American Road Show Tour throughout the United States. More information on upcoming tour dates and locations can be found on his official website.

Besides Chris Stapleton, Pratt enjoys listening to other country artists such as Eric Church and Tim McGraw. In fact, the actor claims that Church’s music encouraged him while filming Jurassic Park.
