As reported previously, country music superstar Carrie Underwood was recently forced to cancel two shows in the United Kingdom earlier this month due to illness. During her recent appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, the “Love Wins” artist revealed that she spent three days in a German hospital due to a nasty virus which led to her experiencing vertigo.
