Singer-songwriter Butch Parnell welcomes the holiday season with a heartwarming rendition of “Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas” for a charitable cause. The artist has teamed up with Social Tees Animal Rescue, a not-for-profit, strictly no-kill 501c3 organization in the East Village of New York City that takes abandoned animals from kill shelters and provides them with safe haven and veterinary care before placing them in proper forever homes.
“I’ve fostered a number of dogs through Social Tees and seeing the transformation for these dogs is amazing. The pups were neglected and abused and dumped in kill shelters, but thanks to Social Tees and the wonderful people who donate to them these pups and so many more are being saved and finding there forever homes where they will be truly loved,” the North Carolina native explains.
