Country music star Brad Paisley‘s sense of humor shines through in a big way with his parody of country love songs— “First Cousins.” The West Virginia native shared the tune while on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. Before breaking out in song, Brad took an opportunity to poke fun at his friend Blake Shelton and revealed that the artist recently had Tommy John surgery while miming the ’cause’ of the medical intervention— drinking.

Paisley and Carrie Underwood will be co-hosting the upcoming CMA Awards for the eleventh consecutive time. The event will broadcast live from Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena on Wednesday, November 14th at 8/7c via ABC.
As Brad shared in his talk with Fallon, Carrie’s second pregnancy will provide some material for the show. Back in 2014, Brad memorably revealed the gender of the songstress’ first child, Isaiah, during the awards show.
