Sharing personal space with a partner can be tricky at times. While it can sometimes feel like an endless game of give and take, it can also be an incredibly rewarding experience when done right. Country music power couple Tim McGraw and Faith Hill have plenty of experience with cohabitation, so the two took a minute to share their real life experiences through an insightful little Q&A session with Architectural Digest. The pair touched upon the subjects of living habits, chores, decorating, and the key to a successful marriage.
Their responses are too cute! See what the two had to say about living together below:
Clearly they’ve done something right, because Tim McGraw and Faith Hill recently celebrated 20 years of marriage! The country music power couple met on the 1996 Spontaneous Combustion Tour, and the rest is history. Though Hill was engaged at the time, she wasn’t willing to let McGraw slip through her fingers at the end of the tour. The two were married by October of that year, and by December the two were expecting their first child together.
“My husband and I have made the choice that our marriage is the most important thing to us,” Hill explained.
Currently, the duo are on the road for their Soul2Soul Tour, which kicked off earlier in April and will continue through the fall. For Hill, this tour marks the end to a 10-year hiatus from touring.
Later this year, we can expect McGraw and Hill’s first joint album. Though very few details have been shared regarding this gem, we can expect that the album will be well worth the wait.
Be on the look out for Tim and Faith gracing the cover of Architectural Digest this summer. The pair will be giving readers a peek inside their 17-acre home on a private island in the Bahamas.
