Carrie Underwood’s Dirty Laundry music video is both stylish and sexy as Carrie once again reminds men what happens when they cheat with another woman. In an interview, Carrie Underwood stated, “It’s a take on a cheater in a familiar way, with the lipstick on the collar and the red wine, and there’s all these tell-tale signs that he was with another woman, and it shows on his dirty laundry….. But it’s also like she airs it out for the whole world to see”.

“Dirty Laundry” was written by Zach Crowell, Ashley Gorley, and Hillary Lindsey. The production was completed by Jay Joyce and the song became the fourth single from her “Storyteller” album in the United States and Canada.

The Dirty Laundry song is reminiscent of Carrie’s smash hit “Before He Cheats”. Underwood stated on the video’s set. “That’s not a new story, you know, lipstick on your collar kind of story, but it’s just done in a such a nonchalant way. It’s not too angry, it’s not, ‘I’m gonna get revenge!’ It’s not ‘Before He Cheats,’ it’s more like, ‘You know what? I’m over it, I don’t care, I’m done.'”
Carrie Underwood is nominated for 4 CMA Awards this year including: Entertainer of the Year, Album of the Year (Storyteller), Female Vocalist and Musical Event of the Year for “The Fighter” duet with Keith Urban. Carrie will also be performing and co-hosting the live telecast with her long time co-host Brad Paisley. The 50th Annual CMA Awards will air Wednesday, November 2nd, on ABC.
