Country singer and Big Machine Records artist Justin Moore had more than the big game to look forward to this past Sunday night. He was also anticipating his very own Super Bowl commercial! The commercial aired regionally in the Nashville area and starred Moore with his wife and three daughters.
The commercial depicts Moore explaining that he loves his family and wants to give them what they want. We then see the star getting dragged around a mall trying his best to make the women in his life happy including playing in a doll house, flying drones, and chasing them down with a giant stuffed puppy dog. The ad ends with Moore considering a big purchase of land for his girls to grow up on and the sponsor, Simmons Bank, explaining that they are there for the small and the big purchases in life.
Moore is well-known for his love of being a father. During a performance at the Country Radio Seminar today (Feb 10) he explained onstage that he was going to go home and make a bunch of cupcakes for his daughter’s 6th birthday tomorrow. That’s a pretty great dad move!
Moore just released a single titled “You Look Like I Need a Drink” to radio and is getting ready to go on tour with Brantley Gilbert’s 2016 Take It Outside Tour. The singer admits that the new single is not auto-biographical. He explains that he has never been dumped and now that he is nine years into marriage, he is out of the woods as far as that is concerned. The song, however, is about someone that has been unlucky enough to be on the bad side of a break up and knowing that their partner is about to say something they don’t want to hear (hence needing a drink). Something we can all…well most of us…relate to!
