Trisha Yearwood is one of country music’s busiest women. She is a well known- entrepreneur with a cooking empire and furniture line, she is the wife of the iconic Garth Brooks, and she is a extremely successful country music singer. However, she is not done with adding more to her plate!
Yearwood has her sights set on women’s intimate apparel.
“Women’s underwear,” Yearwood says while chatting with Rolling Stone Country. “Shapewear for a woman that is not a size zero.”
“I think I could do it because I think I’ve worn every piece of undergarment that doesn’t work,” she adds. “I really do, at some point in my life, want to do that because I feel like I’ve tried everything.”
While the underwear idea is still in the idea stages, Yearwood recently debuted another passion project. Her new cookbook, Trisha’s Table, is available now. The book features healthy takes on classic favorites, as well as traditional Southern cuisine options.
“I have adopted an 80/20 rule when it comes to my delicate relationship with food: 80 percent of the time I make good choices; 20 percent of the time I let myself splurge a little,” she says.
Trisha’s Table features mouthwatering recipes for pulled pork, chicken tortilla casserole and other favorites.
