Country music superstar Tim McGraw’s performance during the Country to Country festival in Dublin, Ireland on Sunday night didn’t go as planned! The 50-year-old Louisiana native collapsed onstage after finishing his hit song “Humble & Kind.” Thankfully, the star is fine and was suffering from dehydration.
“Tim McGraw was suffering from dehydration in Dublin this evening at the C2C show. He was attended to by local medical staff on-site and will be fine,” a representative for McGraw shared with PEOPLE. “He and [wife Faith Hill] thank everyone for their love and support and look forward to seeing their Irish fans again soon.”
After Tim’s collapse, Faith Hill updated the crowd about her husband’s condition and was apologetic about his inability to return to the stage.
It’s easy to understand how Tim got to be this dehydrated— the superstars performed Friday in London, England, and Saturday in Glasgow, Scotland, before Sunday night’s show in Dublin. Hopefully the artist will take some time to rest and be back at it soon!
