If Thomas Rhett was hosting a bootcamp at your local gym, would you show up to sweat it out with him? Well in 2016 you may have the chance!
The “Crash and Burn” singer has joined fitness franchise Snap Fitness in a partnership that not only utilizes his song “I Feel Good” for the brand’s new commercials, but will actually put him in the clubs hosting workout bootcamps and many more activities. Rhett’s social media will also play a large role in the fitness campaign as it will feature fitness challenges and workouts.
Rhett’s song “I Feel Good” was the ideal song for the Snap Fitness campaign, which wants fitness goers to know that keeping healthy helps them feel great in all aspects of their lives.
“We knew immediately this song was perfect for our brand,” Chief Marketing Officer Steele Smiley says. “When it comes down to health and wellness goals, people ultimately want to feel good – which is why we feature #IFEELGOOD in the commercial. Everyone has a feel-good story, and you’re invited to share yours with Snap Fitness.”
“I Feel Good” is from Rhett’s latest album, Tangled Up. The album already has a chart-topper with “Crash & Burn,” and his most-recent single “Die A Happy Man,” is a standout track that’s catching on quick.
Snap Fitness has more than 2,000 24/7 clubs open or in development in 18 countries. The current campaign with Rhett is aimed at rural communities, the company hopes to hit up a demographic that usually gets left out of health marketing.
In other Thomas Rhett news, the singer recently bailed out Dierks Bentley at a Kroger in Nashville when Bentley accidentally left his wallet at home. Apparently, Bentley was in the mood for some Moonshine Mules, which sound delicious, and needed ginger beer. Luckily Rhett was there to save the day and loan the “Riser” singer 10 bucks for the missing ingredient. See the tweet from Bentley below!
