Country music star Thomas Rhett‘s “It Goes Like This” was released in May 2013 as the third single from his debut album also titled, It Goes Like This. The song was written by his father Rhett Akins along with Ben Hayslip and Jimmy Robbins. The tune eventually hit No. 1 on Billboard’s Country Airplay chart.
The corresponding music video was directed by TK McKamy and sadly doesn’t star his adorable wife Lauren Akins.
