Striking Matches Nothing But the Silence is the title track for their debut album. The Striking Matches duo is comprised of guitarists/songwriters Justin Davis and Sarah Zimmerman who both met while attending Belmont University. Several songs from the duo have been featured on the popular TV show “Nashville”. “The Nashville TV show was definitely a big break for us,” Sarah says. “It was the first time we had any national or international attention. That opened the door to a lot of fans finding us here in the U.S., but even overseas when the show came out in the U.K.,” she says.
