Just over one month into the new year and country singer Scotty McCreery and his bride-to-be Gabi Dugal are already experiencing quite the hectic year!
Even with a tour and getting ready to drop his latest album, Seasons Change, Scotty’s free time is dedicated to planning his big day! From making sure the catering is under control to finalizing the invite list— Scotty and Gabi are doing it all together!
“We are sending the save the dates out and we need to pick out our wedding cake, but we are doing pretty good,” Scotty explained to Rare Country. He also added that “most of the big things” have already been finalized. They will be sharing their special day with 230 people they have put on their guest list.
With everything going on Scotty decided he needed to step up his organization skills, leading him to make a small investment.
“I went to Target last week and bought a planner, and now I have it where all my stuff is in red, Gabi’s stuff in blue and everything else in black,” Scotty says.
“It’s a team effort so far,” Scotty revealed to The Boot. “She’s a nurse, working at Duke Hospital. When she’s working, I’ll pick up a little bit, and when I’m out on the road, she’ll help out a little bit.”
This couple has already nailed the teamwork aspect of their relationship! Despite life being crazy busy right now, Scotty and Gabi are both enjoying it together.
“Engaged life is great. I’m really happy,” said Scotty.
The couple got engaged back in September on a picturesque mountain located in North Carolina. The best part? They found their romantic spot when they were lost on a date!
