The Matt Stell That Ain’t Me No More song was released in 2021 as a single.
“If you cut a groove too deep, it’s hard to get out of it,” Matt remarked. “I’ve never wanted to be some one-dimensional artist, and with this new EP, I think I’m determined to show that there is much more to me than just a guy who can sing a love song.”
Matt describes the story behind the song and music video, “IN A WORLD… Where the state of Arkansas gives tax breaks for hiring ex-cons, a heartbroken rambler gets a second chance at making something of the life he has left… Only problem is… His absolute smoke show of an ex has made a life of her own… with another dude. It’s a cold world, especially working double shifts at the concrete plant.”

The 6’7” Arkansas native is making his mark on the Country Music scene. He has come a long way from playing college basketball for Drury University to heading to Nashville to pursue a career in country music.
