Who knew that yodeling at your local Walmart could eventually lead to an appearance on ABC’s Good Morning America?! Rising country artist Mason Ramsey, 11, can confidently say it worked for him!
Ramsey aka “Walmart Yodel Boy” aka “Little Hank” took his single “Famous” to the popular morning program on July 26th, marking the first time he’s performed the original song on television. The young star rocked an embellished suit jacket with a white cowboy hat and boots. Though he’s very new to the country music scene, the pre-teen performed with confidence and admitted that it’s the “awesomest” thing he could ever do. He is a natural for sure!
Still in awe of his success, Mason says his fame is “a big deal,” giving his thanks to Walmart. Produced by Joey Moi, “Famous” was written by FGL’s Tyler Hubbard, Corey Crowder, Sarah Buxton and Canaan Smith.
