Country music singer-songwriter Luke Combs learned a lot about performing live while out on the road with Jason Aldean. More here!

Country music star Luke Combs‘ career has been skyrocketing since he first hit the Nashville scene. The “When It Rains It Pours” singer is still learning about entertaining large crowds and soaked up a lot of knowledge while on Jason Aldean‘s recent High Noon Neon tour.

“His approach to the stage every night is, like I said, I’ve learned from Jason that he really cares about the fans and they experience on stage every night… That’s really important to me,” Combs relayed to Sounds Like Nashville.

The North Carolina native went on to talk about how much he admires Jason’s ability to entertain and capture the audience. “We’ve done a lot of opening slots, a lot of festival slots where we’re playing for 45 minutes, we may have even done an hour but I think dealing a 90 minute set, three or four nights a week in front of twenty to thirty thousand people that are there to see you… How do you keep all those people entertained and keep them from getting bored? I think Jason and Brantley [Gilbert] alike were both great examples of that so I’m lucky to have been out with guys that are true entertainers,” Combs shared during the interview.

Aldean also had kind words to say about Combs as well, “He’s one those guys that blows me away at the way the crowd responds to him every night. I mean he’s got a huge following out there.”

Combs and Aldean just finished up the High Noon Neon Tour at the end of September, though we’re sure they will remain in close contact! Luke’s headlining Beer Never Broke My Heart Tour will start January with special guests LANCO and Jameson Rodgers.
