Country music star Luke Bryan has certainly been busy— so busy in fact, he didn’t know that fellow country hit-maker Carrie Underwood is expecting another child with her husband Mike Fisher! The pair are already proud parents of 3-year-old Isaiah.
During the second day of the 2018 iHeartRadio Music Festival in Las Vegas, Entertainment Tonight caught up with the Georgia native and ended up sharing the big news with him first.
“Oh that’s news to me! That she’s pregnant,” Bryan said of Carrie and Mike’s expanding family. “I’m very, very happy for them!”
Since Luke and Mike share a passion for fishing, the “Sunrise, Sunburn, Sunset” singer has the perfect baby gift in mind.
“Well I’m gonna send them some fishing rods,” Bryan quipped, adding that he’s guessing the couple will welcome another little boy. “That’s so good, I’m so glad to hear that,” he added, still mulling over the happy update.
Looks like baby Fisher will already be fully equipped to join his or her family on fishing expeditions thanks to Luke Bryan!
During his talk with ET, Bryan also revealed that he has the same ‘fish guy’ as the Fisher family. Yes, the Bryans and the Fishers have had their own private lakes dug out and stocked full of fish. Thanks to the star’s Instagram, we now know what a fish delivery looks like!
Obviously the Bryan family is also wild about the outdoors and Luke loves taking Bo, Tate, and Til out hunting and fishing!
