On October 26, 1967, Robert and Marienne Urban welcomed their youngest son, Keith Lionel Urban, into the world! Though he’s known for his Australian upbringing, the country star was actually born in Whangarei, New Zealand.

On a personal note, Keith Urban and wife, award-winning actress Nicole Kidman, have been happily married for eleven years. The famous pair first met in January 2005 during G’Day LA, an event which honors Australians stateside. Though they didn’t start dating until months later, the pair wasted no time exchanging vows and got hitched in June 2006.
Keith and Nicole are proud parents to two adorable daughters, 9-year-old Sunday Rose and 6-year-old Faith Margaret. We’re sure the three ladies in his life will spoil him rotten on his milestone 50th birthday!
