Exciting news for “Save Your Breath” singer Josh Dorr, he’s representing country music along with fellow music group Striking Matches on Fender’s first ever nationwide Accelerator Tour! Fender will furnish both acts with a customized 15-passenger touring van, fuel and vehicle maintenance needs, promotional and marketing support, and Fender gear; including electric and acoustic guitars, basses, amps and accessories.
“I’ve written with Striking Matches and love that band,” Dorr explained to Rolling Stone Country. “Country music is all about community, so it’s only right that the two country acts that have a Fender tour this summer, be announced together.”
Dorr’s run begins on June 4th in Kansas City, Missouri but will not link up with the other country act. The Wyoming native is prepping to hit the road and drop a new single dubbed “Rocket” to country radio. It will be exciting to hear his follow-up to the soulful track “Save Your Breath.”
