Jason Aldean’s wife Brittany updated their fans via social media about the status of their ailing bulldog, Butterball. More here.

Country music entertainer Jason Aldean and his wife of two years, Brittany, recently announced that they are expecting their first baby together. This is Brittany’s first child and Jason’s third, he has two daughters, 14-year-old Keeley and 9-year-old Kendyl, with ex-wife Jessica Ussery whom he was married to from 2001 to 2013. Besides those two lovely young ladies, the couple also has their own rambunctious brood of three adorable fur babies.

Sadly, Jason and Brittany’s English bulldog Butterball has been battling cancer for almost a year. The good news is, the poor pup has had his last round of chemotherapy and now the Aldeans are hoping the cancer stays away for good.

The sweetest boy in the world has his last chemo appointment today!!! Let's pray the cancer is gone for good this time!! My angel is such a trooper!!!💙🐶💙🐶

According to the National Canine Cancer Foundation, one out of three dogs will develop cancer and both mixed breeds and pure breeds can be at risk. Detecting the cancer early usually means a better chance of beating it, we are hoping this is the case with sweet Butterball Aldean.

While Butterball regains his strength and resumes his normal activities, his ‘siblings’ French Bulldog Boss and Mia the Pomeranian are currently travelling on the couple’s tour bus as the country music superstar embarks on his They Don’t Know Tour. They look quite content with life on the road…

In April, 2017 ACM Entertainer of the Year winner Jason Aldean scored his 19th number one single with “Any Ol’ Barstool,” making the song the third number one off his album They Don’t Know. Both of the album’s first two singles, “Lights Come On” and “A Little More Summertime,” hit No. 1 on the country charts.

TheThey Don’t Know Tour kicked off on April 27th in Toledo, Ohio and will stop in more than 30 cities throughout its run with Chris Young, Kane Brown, and Dee Jay Silver along for the ride. Fans can also see Aldean performing live at a number of festivals this year, including the 2017 Taste of Country Music Festival and Country Jam 2017. View his schedule here.

While we all keep the bulldog in our thoughts, don’t miss Jason out on tour this year!
