Aldean and his wife (Brittany) listed the Saint George Island home in February of 2020 for $3,295,000 and have reduced the current listing price to $2.95 million.
Aldean paid $4.1 million for a better home right on the Gulf with direct access to the beach. The house that Aldean is keeping measures 4,452 square feet and has five bedrooms (three of them en suite) and five bathrooms. The home has a beautiful courtyard with arches and gas lanterns, a pool, and fountain. It sits 350 feet away from the beach while his Gulf front home is right on the beach. Of the home’s bedrooms, four are considered master suites. The two children’s suites are outfitted with built-in bunk beds, playrooms, and bathrooms. The home features a large screened porch as well as an inviting pool out back.
