Country music superstar Jason Aldean's "Got What I Got" music video features his wife Brittany and his children! Watch it here.
Country music superstar Jason Aldean continues to embrace the genre-blending sound that has helped define his career with “Got What I Got”! The R&B infused track from his sixth consecutive No. 1 selling album, 9, is an expression of gratitude for the ones we love. The music video for the single was directed by Shaun Silva and filmed in Destin, Florida.
“We’d been down at the beach during quarantine and have had a lot of time to appreciate each other,” Aldean shares about the music video. “With a skeleton video crew and social distancing, it made for an all-hands-on-deck shoot which made for a little twist at the end.”

“When I first heard ‘Got What I Got’ it reminded me of something Boyz II Men would do…almost like a 90’s R&B throwback song,” Aldean shared in a statement about the song. “It’s just not something you really hear in Country music that much…plus, now more than ever, I think we’re all just being reminded how to appreciate the people we love.”

She said, “Baby, do you ever miss bein’ alone?”
I said, “Hell no, I don’t”
She said, “Do you really think I’m where you belong?”
I said, “You know and I know…”
You’re perfect for me
Everything I’ll ever need
I ain’t playin’
What I’m sayin’
When I got what I got I don’t miss what I had
The old me before you belongs to the past
In the back of your mind you might think there’s somethin’ more I want
But when I got what I got, girl, I don’t
I said, “Baby, do you know you sound a little crazy,
When you’re talkin’ like that, girl?”
Ain’t no second thoughts, no regrets, no kinda maybe
No wishin’ I turned back
Before you came along
I could go all alone
Girl, just kiss me
You’re all that I want
When I got what I got I don’t miss what I had
The old me before you belongs to the past
In the back of your mind you might think there’s somethin’ more I want
But when I got what I got, girl, I don’t
She said, “Baby, do you ever miss bein’ alone?”
I said, “Hell no, I don’t”
When I got what I got I don’t miss what I had
The old me before you belongs to the past
In the back of your mind you might think there’s somethin’ more I want
But when I got what I got, girl, I don’t
No, I don’t
No, I don’t
When I got what I got, girl, I don’t
