After 13 years of marriage, Gwen Stefani, 46, and Gavin Rossdale, 50, have reached their divorce settlement and it’s gone public. The celebrity couple never created a prenup, but Stefani will keep all of the money she has made during their union, her business assets, and their real estate located within the United States. Rossdale will get their four European properties and one vehicle. The pair will split the money made from the sale of their Beverly Hills estate. The former rock n’ roll couple will share joint physical and legal custody of their three young sons, Kingston, Zuma, and Apollo.
Sure, Gavin took less of the assets he was technically ‘entitled’ to in the divorce, but let’s get real— he was the one to dash the marriage when he cheated on Gwen with the family’s nanny, Mindy Mann, over the span of a three year affair.
We’re happy that Gwen Stefani can now slam the door on this failed relationship and rebuild her life with Blake Shelton at her side.
Gwen’s supposed to take a break from The Voice to allow for Christina Aguilera‘s return to the program, but the media frenzy around this new couple might be enough to change the minds of NBC’s executives. Time will tell.
