Have you noticed your social media feeds becoming a little more ripped? Join country music legend Garth Brooks and other top celebrities to show your support for the United States’ armed forces through the United Service Organizations’ #Flex4Forces campaign!
The new digital campaign calls on Americans everywhere to show their strength as a ‘Force Behind the Forces’ by striking a biceps flex pose in support of our nation’s military and sharing it via social media. Be sure to share this push with your friends by nominating others to join in the cause.
According to the USO, “The campaign underscores the USO’s historic mission to strengthen service members by keeping them connected to family, home and country. It allows the public to demonstrate appreciation and a personal commitment to service members and their families.”
Yesterday, Garth Brooks posted his own flexing photo from the gym, calling out actor Ashton Kutcher and football great Brett Farve for their previous muscle-clad photos. He also tagged tennis champion Serena Williams to join in on the movement next.
The country music entertainer wrote, “Looking good @Favre4Official but @AplusK beats us both! I nominate @serenawilliams she’s gonna show all of us boys up! love, g #Flex4Forces”

Besides Garth and Brett, Ashton Kutcher also called upon country star Tim McGraw to join in the flexing fun. Yeah, we can’t wait to see the results of that bicep flex…
The USO provides programs, entertainment, and services at more than 200 USO locations worldwide, including Afghanistan, Djibouti, Kuwait, United Arab Emirates, Germany, Italy, Japan, Iraq, South Korea, and the United States. The organization strengthens America’s military service members by keeping them connected to family, home and country, throughout their service to the nation.
Be sure to share this worthwhile digital campaign with others who’d like to share their support for America’s real-life heroes!
