Country couple Tyler and Hayley Hubbard got a big surprise— their first child will be a girl, not a boy. The Florida Georgia Line star shared the unexpected news on Instagram.
“Gods got jokes…… After thinking we are having a boy for the last few months, turns out the blood test was wrong and we’re actually having a little girl. Woe… so many emotions but really really excited about this next chapter even if God does like throwing us a curve ball every now and then. Just keeping us on our toes. #daddysgirl,” Hubbard shared.
Hayley echoed her husband’s message, posting the following to her own Instagram: “Baby Hubbard’s keeping us on our toes & has another announcement to make!! It’s not a boy! It’s a GIRL!!! 🎀💗🤰🏼🚺🤗 our hearts are exploding with joy all over again! And shock! And excitement!”
Back in June, the lovebirds hosted a super cute gender reveal party just one day after revealing to the public that they are expecting. Diamonds it is… Can they get a ‘redo?’
The adorable pair have been married for two years and first met in Nashville. Hayley, who hails from Idaho, runs her own blog called The Vogue Trip and revealed how she discovered her path with a little help from someone special.
“When I quit my job at Merrill Lynch and was about to move back to California, a friend of mine told me to pray about the move and that he didn’t think I should leave. So, I did. I asked God to make it clear. As I was signing my Cali lease the next day, my boss came up to me and said he would double my salary if I would stay. I looked up and almost laughed in his face. I had gotten my clarity. One month later that same friend, who is now my husband, gave me my last first kiss. Wow am I glad I stayed.”
Hubbard and Florida Georgia Line partner Brian Kelley recently opened FGL House, a brand new restaurant and entertainment venue, in Music City. FGL is currently on their Smooth Tour 2017 with special guests Nelly and Chris Lane and the Backstreet Boys at select stadium stops.
Another big congrats to this young couple!
