Arizona native Dierks Bentley has released the official "Burning Man" music video. Check out the desert-themed clip here!
Nothing is stopping Dierks Bentley in 2018! In June, he released his 9th studio album, The Mountain, which debuted at No. 1 on the Top Country Albums chart. The 42-year-old followed up The Mountain by creating his own music festival called Seven Peaks Music Festival. The 3 day festival took place in Buena Vista, Colorado, over Labor Day weekend. Now, the “Woman, Amen” singer dropped a unique music video for his current single, “Burning Man.” The video also features his tour mates, T.J. and John of Brothers Osborne.
“I texted them up and they immediately texted back, like within two minutes. ‘F— yeah, we’re in. Let’s go.’ Two days later they walk into the studio by themselves. John’s carrying his guitar and his amp — there’s no airs! Just set it up, throw out some liquor and let’s start working on this song,” Bentley recalls.
Although the country artist is from Arizona, he was caught off guard by the California heat. “It was crazy hot,” Bentley said. “I’m from Arizona, and this was hot. I felt bad for everyone involved.”
However, Bentley claims the mood shifted dramatically after sunset. “We went absolutely crazy,” Dierks Bentley added. “It felt so good — we had the music cranking, we were in the middle of nowhere and the stars were coming out. The fun we were having was true to a fault, we didn’t have to fake that at all.”

Half your life you struggle
Half your life you fly
Half your life makin’ trouble
Half your life makin’ it right
One day I’m the exception
Most days I’m just like most
Some days I”m headed in the right direction
And some days I ain’t even close
I’m a little bit steady but still little bit rollin’ stone
I’m a little bit heaven but still a little bit flesh-and-bone
Little found, little don’t-know-where-I-am
I’m a little bit holy water but still a little bit burning man
Burning man
I always loved the highway
I just don’t run it as fast
I still go wherever the wind blows me
But I always find my way back
I still don’t get it right sometimes
I just don’t get it as wrong
I still go a little bit crazy sometimes
Yeah, but now I don’t stay near as long
I’m a little bit steady but still little bit rollin’ stone
I’m a little bit heaven but still a little bit flesh-and-bone
Little found, little don’t-know-where-I-am
I’m a little bit holy water but still a little bit burning man
Burning man
Still just a burn, burn, burning man
Still just a burning man
Maybe I’ll go to the desert
Find myself in the Joshua Tree
If we pass in the night then just hand me a light
And tell me you burned just like me
I’m a little bit steady but still little bit rollin’ stone
I’m a little bit heaven but still a little bit flesh-and-bone
Little found, little don’t-know-where-I-am
I’m a little bit holy water but still a little bit burning man
Burning man
Still just a burn, burn, burning man
Just a burning man
Still just a burn, burn, burning man
Just a burning man
Just a burning man
Burning man, burning man
