In December, Chris Stapleton dropped "From A Room: Volume 2," the follow-up record to his previous "From A Room: Volume 1." Check out a live performance of "Millionaire," here!

Chris Stapleton Millionaire video (audio version) was released in 2017 and has the Kentucky native is attempting to make back-to-back No. 1 tracks with his new single, “Millionaire.”

“I love that song,” Chris told Nash Country Daily. “I would always sit around the house playing that song to myself on guitar. It’s fun to play. It’s fun to sing. It’s a great melody. It’s great lyrics. It’s great everything. To me, that’s a great song.” Surprisingly, “Millionaire” is one of the two tracks on the album that Stapleton did not pen. Instead, the tune was written by Kevin Welch. “Millionaire” hit country radio on April 23rd and reached #5 on the Billboard Hot Country songs chart.

Chris Stapleton Millionaire Lyrics

They say love is more precious than gold
Can’t be bought and it can’t be sold
I got love, enough to spare
That makes me a millionaire

I got a woman with eyes that shine
Down deep, as a diamond mine
She’s my treasure, so very rare
She made me a millionaire

When we ride around, ride around this old town
In my beat-up car, with the windows down
People look at her and they look at me
And say that boy is sure livin’ in luxury
Sweet luxury

‘Cause love is more precious than gold
It can’t be bought no, never could be sold
I got love, enough to spare
That makes me a millionaire

When the kisses fall from everywhere
Like riches on a millionaire
When my pockets are empty and cupboard is bare
I still feel like a millionaire

‘Cause love is more precious than gold
It can’t be bought and it can’t be sold
I got love, enough to spare
That makes me a millionaire

Unfortunately, From A Room: Volume 1 and 2 might be the last big projects from the Stapleton camp for awhile. “I like the creative process and I like to do things just because I like to do them,” the Kentucky native shares. “I’ve got a couple of songs in some movies and some different collaborations with some people that are on the horizon. But as far as a project for me, I don’t know what that next thing is. It’ll probably be a minute, because two records in a year is a lot and sometimes you don’t know stuff like that until you do it, like, ‘Yeah, I’m gonna put out two records in a year.'”
