Carrie Underwood has effectively made motherhood and post-baby fitness look like a breeze. However, we all know the “Something in the Water” singer has worked extremely hard for her stunning post-pregnancy body.
Hard work and core-targeted excerises have brought Underwood back to her pre-baby glory in less than six months. In her latest campaign for her athletic line “Calia by Carrie Underwood” she shares some of her secrets.
“Fitness to me—I’ve been vocal about it over the years—is a lifestyle. I just love how I feel when I feel good about myself. There’s definitely a lot of me in the Calia line,” Carrie shared with E! News back in June while giving us a behind-the-scenes peek at her campaign shoot.
Underwood remained active during her pregnancy, getting in doctor-approved workouts with personal trainer Erin Oprea.
Carrie’s new “Stay the Path” campaign is inspired by her fans who shared their own fitness journeys on social media. Underwood also went the extra mile and sent handwritten notes to each fan that inspired a new Calia snippet.
