One of country music’s cutest couples, Michael Ray and Carly Pearce, tackled one of their favorite tunes live at the Grand Ole Opry AND had a surprise visitor mid-way through their performance!
Tackling a Keith Whitley original “When You Say Nothing At All,” the country stars absolutely crushed their rendition of the song. On top of their stunning harmonies, they got a surprise visit from country and bluegrass legend Ricky Skaggs.
Carly also took the unforgettable moment to Instagram. “Last month, @michaelraymusic & I sang one of our favorite songs together on the #opry stage. As you can see on our faces, we had no clue that one of our heroes was standing in the wings watching & surprised us all by coming out and singing with us. Truly a moment I’ll never forget. We love you @rickyskaggs!”
Pearce and Ray finished their duet with a sweet smooch that undoubtedly pulled on fans’ heartstrings. The Kentucky native also recently posted another sweet moment with her beau while visiting Mr. Claus.
