Brad Paisley has partnered up with the Cancer Institute of HCA to launch the 'Band Against Cancer' movement, benefitting those affected by cancer.

Country music hit-maker Brad Paisley is officially teaming up with Sarah Cannon, the Cancer Institute of HCA, for the 2017 launch of Band Against Cancer. It’s a beneficial movement that combines music and healthcare, which are two of the most influential industries today. Band Against Cancer helps those affected by cancer with group-based treatment options and other resources.

In addition, Brad Paisley is offering a unique opportunity for his fans to be a part of the worthy cause as well. As part of the launch, he is starting a ‘Get One, Give One’ campaign with his new album LOVE AND WAR, which dropped on Friday, April 21st. Now, when fans buy the album for a limited-time price of $15 via http://www.bandagainstcancer.com and http://www.bradpaisley.com, they can also send an additional free copy to a patient battling cancer.

Paisley will also anchor a national social and digital initiative engaging people coast to coast so every follower can help fight cancer. Paisley’s cross-country summer tour also will feature Sarah Cannon as a sponsor and will culminate in Nashville with a special performance at the Grand Ole Opry this fall.  Further, national awareness campaigns with iHeart Media, Premiere Networks, Cumulus Media, and Westwood One will align with Band Against Cancer.

Honored to partner with @bandagainstcancer this year and humbled that they are using "Today" as their anthem.

“Helping families who are facing cancer has always been a cause that is near and dear to my heart,” said Brad Paisley in a statement. “Music has the power to heal and I’m honored that my new friends at Sarah Cannon have selected my song ‘Today’ to anchor their 2017 campaign and that our message will reach thousands of families across the nation who are facing cancer. Sarah Cannon offers so many community resources to people facing cancer, including their helpline askSARAH.  Together, we want to ensure that each person can fight cancer where they get their greatest strength, in their own communities, with their own band of support.”

Paisley’s LOVE AND WAR album launch event was a big hit. Other well-known music stars were there to celebrate including John Fogerty, Timbaland, Sony Music Nashville CEO Randy Goodman, and Country Music Hall of Fame & Museum CEO Kyle Young. The album will also be made into country music’s first-ever visual album!
