This past Tuesday (March 1) in Nashville, Garth Brooks played his least favorite song to an audience.
During the second annual “The First and the Worst” benefit concert, benefiting the Music Health Alliance, Garth Brooks revealed the worst song he ever wrote. Joined onstage by Lee Brice, Jessi Alexander, Bobby Braddock and Sandy Knox, the successful songwriters all performed the first song they ever wrote and the worst song they ever wrote.
Brooks’ least favorite creation was a song titled “Anybody But Bill”, which is a kitschy tune about a husband telling his wife that if he should die first he would want her to love again…just not with Bill ( or Dick, or Jim).
