Jake Owen created a touching tribute to Merle Haggard. In the 25min video below, Jake Owen talks about how much Merle Haggard meant to him and beautifully covers some of Haggard’s original songs. The Florida-native jokes that he is whispering because his daughter, Pearl, is asleep in the back room and has to head home in the morning. Hopefully Pearl got her beauty rest! 🙂
