Luke Combs reaches a new milestone with 1 million Instagram followers and shares a new song to celebrate. Check out "Every Little Bit Helps" here!

North Carolina native Luke Combs is quickly gaining popularity in the country music world with hit songs like “Hurricane.” This year, he will be on the road for his Beer Never Broke My Heart tour. Plus, he entered the 2019 with a new career milestone in his pocket. Combs reached 1 million followers on Instagram just before the midnight hour of the new year! But it took a bit of bribing.

On New Years Eve, Combs posted on Twitter that his fiancé Nicole made a bet, and he wanted to win. She thought he would not reach 1 million Instagram followers by 2019. So, he struck a deal with his fans. If he hit 1 million Instagram followers — and therefore win the bet — he would debut a new song. At the time, he was 3,000 followers away from this goal… and just a few hours away from the new year.

The fans listened and quickly accepted the challenge to fulfill Combs wish.

To show his appreciation for his fans and to celebrate his social media following, Combs shared the new song as promised. He wrote “Every Little Bit Helps” just before Christmas. It is about getting over the end of a relationship little by little. Combs sings of the challenges of heartbreak, such as sleeping on a futon because the bed smells like her, but appreciating that every little bit helps.
