Luke Bryan, John Legend, Demi Lovato, and Meghan Trainor have been tapped to take part in a tribute to beloved musical icon Lionel Richie at the 2016 Grammy Awards.
The group of diverse vocalists will take the audience on a journey through Richie’s expansive songbook— spanning from Commodores-era classics to more recent hits. The icon himself will also take the stage and join the four arstists for a special collaboration.
Luke Bryan is not nominated for any Grammy Awards this year, but he will be making his performance debut at this year’s event. Besides Bryan, country music acts Chris Stapleton and Bonnie Raitt will honor the late B.B. King; while Carrie Underwood, Sam Hunt, and Little Big Town are also set to entertain the crowd.
The 2016 Grammy Awards will broadcast live on CBS on February 15th beginning at 7PM CT.
