No, your eyes do not deceive you— country music phenom Kane Brown has pulled the plug on his Instagram account and so has his wife-to-be Katelyn Jae. But why?
“Need people to miss me for a certain thing I have coming up,” Brown cryptically shared with Chicago’s BIG 95.5 radio station.
What could he be up to—- Getting married? A headlining tour? A new album? ALL THREE?
Honestly, no one but Kane and his closest confidants know at this point. At least his Twitter and Facebook accounts are still very much alive and serving up some cuteness…
Whatever Kane is up to will probably pay off big time for the social media savvy star. Just this month, Brown has earned two Platinum certifications from the Recording Industry Association of America! The artist’s self-titled debut album and single “Heaven” have both earned the distinction. “Heaven” is also Brown’s third track to achieve Platinum or Multi-Platinum certification— “What Ifs” has gone Double-Platinum and “Used to Love You Sober” became Platinum back in February. The star also set a Guinness World Record for topping all five U.S. country charts at the same time and received the honor in March.
