Jana Kramer Patiently Waits for Baby Girl’s Debut

Jana Kramer's baby girl awaits her introduction to the world!

Jana Kramer and former NFL player husband Michael Caussin are awaiting the arrival of their baby girl any day now amid a snowy Nashville landscape. In a blog for People magazine, the country music beauty is documenting the final days of her pregnancy as they slowly pass by.

“Everyone warned me of this time, that the last few weeks will be the longest, and it’s so true,” Jana confesses.

While dealing with the ‘fun’ of irregular contractions, Michael is treating Jana to leg massages and visits to Target, where Kramer bought some Lego sets to keep her mind occupied. (Love the matching Mickey Mouse shirts, guys!)

Meanwhile, Kramer’s emotional tune “I Got the Boy” has been certified gold, is sitting at No. 5 on the country charts and has received positive reactions from The New York Times and Rolling Stone. Her new pop-country album, thirty one, which dropped in October features 11 tracks, six of which Kramer helped pen.

Like many pregnant woman nearing full-blown labor, Kramer is experiencing a resurgence of nausea and the joys of running to the bathroom every 5 minutes. The good news is… there is a light at the end of the tunnel!

“My husband and I are so beyond anxious to meet our girl. We have our hospital bag packed, nursery completed, all her clothes washed, car seats in, and our hearts completely open to have stolen,” shared the singer-songwriter.
