Garth Brooks New Album “Fun” announced for 2019

Garth Brooks took a long break from producing studio albums and now has announced new projects for 2019.

After an almost 15 year hiatus, Garth Brooks dropped his Man Against Machine album in 2014 and now it looks like his eager fans will have to play the waiting game again for his next record. The country music phenomenon posted the following message via his Facebook page.  What a year☺!!! First of all, I can NEVER thank you enough for making 2015 the busiest year of our career, yet! Garth announced that his next album would be delayed and Garth and Trisha focused more on their 3 year tour.

Yes, his next album will be delayed and his statement gives no date for the project’s anticipated release. We all know both Brooks and wife Trisha Yearwood have been busy thrilling fans on the wildly successful The Garth Brooks World Tour and have added many shows to sold-out dates, making the tour even more grueling. We’re honestly happy to hear that he’s taking a step back to rebuild his writing muscle.

We are also excited that Brooks will be utilizing Facebook’s live video feed tool to give fans a exclusive view of his unique creative process. Some things are well worth the wait…

UPDATE: Garth Brooks might not be ready to crank out an album, but he is adding tour dates like crazy.  On June 19, 2018 Brooks released a new single, “All Day Long”, the first off his upcoming 2019 album,Fun. The release also included a B-side, “The Road I’m On”. In August 2018, Brooks announced new live album, Triple Live, to be released in partnership with Ticketmaster.
