In an unforeseen move, Miranda Lambert ends tour due to being placed on immediate vocal rest. The singer-songwriter has cancelled the final three dates of her Keeper of the Flame Tour in Corpus Christi, Austin, and San Antonio, Texas originally set for this weekend.
No additional details related to the “Vice” artist’s condition were included in the Live Nation press release and thus far, the dates have not been rescheduled. Refunds for ticket sales to the canceled shows can be made at the point of purchase, with online or over-the-phone sales refunding automatically.
On Friday, Lambert performed “Misery & Gin” at the ACM Honors and received the Academy of Country Music’s inaugural Merle Haggard Spirit Award. Best wishes to the talented entertainer as she recovers her vocal strength.
